Beautiful article. Your words painted a picturesque meadow in front of my eyes. The best part was the ‘Radical Beauty Ritual’. Looking forward to read more from your pen.

It’s amazing that you recognized as a child how busy your mind was and that there was a problem with that that you wanted to fix!

I can’t seem to put aside the time to meditate lately- I have a couple times this year so far, but really, it needs to be a priority! Thanks for the inspiration.

Dedicating 20 minutes a day doesn’t seem like a lot to ask until you look at the reality of your schedule (or for me, my Google calendar)… which leads to that excessive mental activity you talked about– what to move, how to fit it in. That being said, the small sacrifice of time for self care reaps so many benefits its criminal not to invest in yourself that way.

Very true! It’s worth looking into whether we are ready to reorganize our schedules to make time for it. It’s like any other thing – difficult until it becomes a habit. Thanks so much for reading.
